职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
(1) Ensure effective and efficient integration of recruiting and selection strategies, relocation, and orientation
(2) Implementation of talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that skills and competencies of Associates meet requirements for current business needs and future goals
(3) To develop a pipeline of talent that can meet current and future organizational needs
2. Performance Management & Improvement
(1) Consult with function head on performance improvement needs.
(2) Identify, plan and coordinate PDP training and development programs that are driven by the strategic needs of the organization.
(3) To facilitate PDP process & archiving, ensure PDP evaluation of rep office associates are completed on time and compliance.
(4) Termination handlers & Contract renew.
3. Career Development
(1) Implementation, delivery and coordination of the career development system that increase the performance capability of individual contributors and teams
4. Learning & Development
(1) Implement Leadership Development Program within China BU. Identify strengths and weaknesses against competencies to continue leadership capacity
(2) Ensure that the training plan is implemented & follow-up work is conducted
(3) Provide logistics assistance when training is conducted in Suzhou
(4) Ensure that every new associate get necessary orientation when on board
5. Communication:
(1) To maintain and promote Rich’s culture and values to associates via various communications and activities;
(2) Newsletter Chief editor
(3) Timely feedback to management team on staff comment/feedback
6. Regulatory:
(1) Ensure that HR practice are in line with legal requirement
7. Labor Relations:
(1) Responsible for primary interface with local labor bureau officials on labor law changes and labor issues
(2) Direct the interpretation, administration and interface with all levels of management on labor relations issues
8. To support HR Manager on project works
(1) HR Initiatives/Projects implementation in China (Engagement Survey, Leadership Development, Talent Management, etc.)
9. Others: Annual Leave management & other routine jobs.
Experience & Education:
1. Bachelor graduate or above; minimum 7 years of progressively responsible human resources generalist experience with an emphasis on commercial HR recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Associate and Labor Relations, Performance Management, Talent retention.
2. Solid business experience in Commercial HR.
Functional Requirements:
1. Be good at communication with different levels of people within organization;
2. A good team player;
3. With a strong sense of responsibility;
4. Good English & computer literate.
