Job Summary:

The lawyer will work as a member of the legal team to provide legal support to Aramark’s business in China. Key responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and other agreements/documents relating to business transactions or operation of the Company;
- Coordinating and supervising corporate registration issues, for obtaining relevant licenses and permits required by the lawful operation of the business;
- Facilitating and streamlining contract approval procedures according to Aramark’s contract compliance requirements;
- Conducting training to business teams regarding commercial legal issues and contract compliance;
- As the assistant of the China Legal Director, to participate in compliance related matters;
- Assisting the China Legal Director to provide daily legal support on commercial transactions, employment issues, dispute resolutions and other legal issues as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Master degree in law, with good academic credentials;
- 4-7 years related working experience, preferably in a top law firm in China;
- Qualified to practice law in PRC;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;
- Strong learning abilities and willful to meet challenges;
- Excellent communication skills and client service oriented attitude;
- Willing to travel.
