RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责

1. Perform regulatory research on new potential healthcare opportunities in China and other parts of APAC, if necessary;
需要时，针对中国和其他亚太国家的潜在医疗保健业务所在地，进行相关法规的调查；

2. Conduct solutioning and implementation type tasks for all China healthcare opportunities;
为中国医疗保健业务提供质量管理方面的解决方案，并加以执行；

3. Conduct Internal QA audits of all the China healthcare facilities;
对中国各地医疗保健仓储场所进行内部质量管理审查；

4. Support administrative type works like Mandarin translation of QA related documents and coordination with document control on new/revised China based documents;
支持某些文件处理工作，如质量管理相关文件的中文翻译，以及中国相关文件的制订和修改；

5. Support QA tasks at the Shanghai, Hangzhou and other future China healthcare facilities when required by the QA management (for a city outside of Shanghai, need to travel or station for a short period):
必要时，根据上级要求对上海、杭州和其他未来国内各地的疗保健仓储场所提供日常质量管理支持（如果是上海以外城市，需短期出差或短期派驻），主要工作内容如下；

- To execute corporate healthcare policy and quality goal;
执行公司质量方针和实现质量目标；
- To maintain quality assurance system；
维护质量体系；
- To guide and monitor routine QA work inside healthcare warehouse；
指导并监督医疗保健仓储中心的日常质量管理工作；
- To carry out QA training;
组织和开展质量管理培训；
- To co-operate with each function to accept client audit and execute CAPA;
协调各相关部门接受客户的质量检查和采取相应的整改和预防措施；
- To co-operate with each functions to do quality improvement；
协调各相关部门开展质量改进活动；

6. To be equipped with transportation knowledge / experience
接受公司提供的运输相关业务的知识培训，并提供相关工作支持；

7. Other relevant QA tasks per required by the superior.
其他上级分配的QA相关工作。

REQUIREMENTS
任职要求

1. China registered pharmacist;
具有执业药师资格（必备条件）；

2. Have more than 3 years experience in the quality management work experiences in pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises and in medical device quality;
分别在药品和医疗器械产品经营类企业从事质量管理工作达3年以上（必备条件）；

3. Shall have at least university education background in Pharmaceutical Science, medical devices or related subjects or similar majors;
药学、医疗器械或相关专业的大学本科学历；

4. Must be able to converse, write and read English;
具有用英语进行工作相关话题的读写和对话的较好能力；

5. Willingness to take short-term travel assignment or short-term support to other facilities outside of Shanghai whenever necessary.
愿意在公司需要时，短期出差，或者短期驻扎在上海以外的医疗保健仓储中心以支持当地质量管理工作；

6. Good communication and team work ability.
良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
