Responsibility:
1. Responsible for developing and designing test programs in laboratories with emphasis on braking pads and linings laboratory.
2. Work involves standardization of tests, introduction of new tests, providing test reports on time.
3. Need to work overtime in emergency project.

Requirement:
1. have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical /automation major with at least 3 years’ experience in automotive industry.
2. Must be proactive and should be willing to take on added responsibilities.
3. Good oral English.
4. Good teamwork spirit.

岗位职责：
1. 负责刹车片项目相关试验与日常试验及报告的出具递交；
2. 负责刹车片项目相关试验的标准化、新测试的开发及报告的出具递交；
3.服从直接/部门领导的工作安排并完成相相应任务，遇紧急项目时可以加班。

任职资格：
1. 具备本科以上学历，机械/自动化或汽车相关专业毕业；
2. 具有3年以上相关的工作经验；
3. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
4. 具有良好的团队合作精神。
