Responsibilities:
？ To oversee the daily operations of the store assigned.
？ To achieve sales objective and supervise sales functions.
？ To lead and manage the sales team to cultivate sales management team.
？ To work closely with shop supervisors on store management and human resources matters.
？ To assist in other ad hoc matters.
Requirements:
？ Diploma or above Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
？ A minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail store operations management.
？ Sound retail experience in beauty products an advantage
？ Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
？ Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills
？ Good command of written English and Chinese
？ Familiar with daily computer operation
