职位描述
Responsibility:
1) Execute R&D strategy in China region and work out local development strategy under the instruction of China GM.
2) Build, lead and develop R&D team, on both hardware and software function. Keep close communication with global R&D team.
3) Lead and develop local R&D market and customer base.
4) Be responsible for the profit center of R&D department in China.
5) Establish complete R&D working process and platform.
6) Report to China GM, and dotted to global CTO.
Qualification:
1) Science and engineering education background. Master degree preferred. EE background preferred.
2) More than 12 year solid work experience in product R&D in cross culture environment, with minimum 5 years on manager above position.
3) Expertise in team management(hardware and software), have design experience preferred. Be familiar with auto electronic products, like electronic control module and power control system,sensor etc.
4) Fluent on English. French is a plus.
5) Strong leadership with good reputation.
6) Self driven, time management, communication skill, and strong team player.
