Position Description

1. Develop
and execute strategy to accomplish a ‘Supplier Development & Improvement
Plan’ which results in suppliers meeting quality requirements as well as
continual quality improvement/ process excellence. Use the strategy to
accomplish world-class levels of quality performance

2. Lead
processes and activities relating to supplier evaluation / qualification,
quality issue resolution, supplier new product validation / release, continuous
improvement, supplier compliance

3. Direct
suppliers in compliance with company’s Quality Manual, system requirements and A.P.Q.P
requirements

4. Direct,
train and mentor a team of supplier development professionals

Must Haves

1. Minimum
15 years of experience in quality /supplier quality management with
multinational companies with 10 years in management position

2. Continuous improvement mindset / experience, must be able to effectively Define, Measure,
Analyze, Improve and Control

3. Strong
leadership, communication and presentation skills

4. Ability
to build and maintain productive relationship with internal and external
stakeholders

5. Good
experience in leading cross-functional/ cross-cultural teams

6. Bachelor
or master degree in Engineering or similar

7. Experience in Auto or electronic industry

Nice to Have

1. Effectiveness,
easy and comfort in interacting with senior management

2. Strategic
thinking and structured approach of tasks

3. Strong
business aptitude

4. Green /
Black belt preferred
