Job DescriptionEaton Corporation has an opening in Luzhou for Sales Manager, FCP.
Primary function of this position:
Responsible for leading FCP Luzhou sales office to maintain existing and develop potential customers, establish and consolidate an effective service and distribution system to meet customers’ needs, in a regional market.
Essential Functions of this position:
A.Provide coaching and directions to sales representatives on technical problems solving, goals setting, customer relations maintenance, and competitive pricing
B.Lead the sales team to develop and maintain strong relationship with customers, both current and potential, within assigned territory to achieve sales target and market share with a profitable margin
C.Assist sales representatives to conduct the most complex sales projects
D.Assist FCP Business Manager also Marketing Department to plan and implement marketing strategies
E.Forecast market demands and sales volume based on market research and customer visits
F.Establish sales strategy in regional market, including pricing strategy, distribution strategy, customer positioning, and industry prioritization.
G.Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, quality control, technical and service support, and competitive price
H.Assist in resolving customer complaints regarding sales and services
I.Make final approval of all sales contracts
J.Create weekly, monthly, and annual office sales reports
K.Other work as business needs
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)Bachelor’s Degree in Fluid Control and automation, Hydraulics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, and other related areas
8+ years of Sales & Marketing working experience
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
Strong coaching, managing, and direct skills
Strong marketing analysis skills
Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products, including product demonstration and sales techniques
Knowledge of Eaton products and applications
Strong market sensitivity in identifying customer needs and market trends
Smooth communications with a variety of internal departments and external customers
Strong diagnostics and trouble shooting capability
Excellent project management skills in leveraging resources
Strong problem solving skills in developing and evaluating options and implementing solutions
Good English reading and comprehension
