Responsibilities/Tasks
职责/任务
1. In charge of quality assurance, quality control and EHS functions.
负责公司质量保证、质量控制以及安全健康环境等职能；
2. Charge in auditing and implement of quality control standard.
负责公司质量控制标准的审核和实施；
3. Arrange or participate the relevant departments to analyze the cause of nonconformities, feedback from customer
and approve the plan of corrective (preventive) and improvement action and verify the effectiveness of corrective
(preventive) action.
组织或参与相关部门分析不合格的原因和客户的反馈要求，制定整改预防和改进措施，及验证整改预防措施的有效
性等活动；
4. Manages and directs maintaining the trace of production quality and the analysis.
组织进行质量跟踪和质量分析；
5. Directs application design and implement with statistic technology in the quality area.
负责质量方面的统计技术应用规划和实施；
6. Manages and directs assistance in the development of new products.
组织本部门参与公司新产品的开发和实验。
Education background, relevant professional skills
岗位所需学历及相关专业技能
1. Bachelor’s degree or above on Mechanical, Material Engineering related major.
本科及以上学历，机械和材料工程相关专业；
2. 5+ experience of quality management in MNC.
五年以上外资企业质量管理经验；
3. Outstanding presentation and intern-personnel skills.
出色的表达沟通能力；
4. Strong negotiation skills & cross-culture sensitivity communication & change management.
较强的谈判能力、跨文化沟通以及变革管理能力；
5. Fluent written and spoken English.
英语流利。
