职位描述

.General Purpose: 

·         To Provide HR, Admin and IS functional leadership and support to all employees in site with a retention and succession development as well as apply the best practice in DPS / TRACC journey to meet the business objectives.

Principle Accountabilities:
·         Develop and executes Company, SBU, and site HR strategies, programs and processes with metrics which support business strategies.
·         Develop and Ensure site policies, standards and practices are aligned with DuPont policies, practices, legal standards, and applicable laws.
·         Works across the sites to develop HR plans.
·         Benchmark HR processes and systems locally to ensure they are competitive, meet employee needs and provide increasing value to the site.
·         Continually scan the site environment for organizational growth opportunities, improvement areas and monitor performance.
·         Assist the site leader in building the skills/functioning of the site leadership team. Act as coach to site leadership team. Participates as full partner on the site leadership team.
·         Support, lead, and enable change across the site.
·         Lead HPWS org develop in Jiading site.
·         Lead site leadership team succession plan and org development.
·         Participate on the SBU/country HR networks representing site issues; participate in developing operations HR strategy, objectives, etc.
·         Participates in local areas networks to understood local issues and actions.
·         May include other site roles, O.H., Integrated Health Services, etc.
·         Responsible for site admin and IS function and make sure the smooth running and proper service in site.

Skill and Knowledge Required:
·         Over 10 years working experiences in HR field, at least 5 years in senior HR management level.
·         Good communication skills/interpersonal skill/Presentation skill/Team Work spirit/ coordination, organization.
·         Abilities to work effectively with various levels of people in all parties concerned.
·         Be able to develop team work and motivate team members to achieve results in their job.
·         Interest and knowledge of creating leading edge HR systems involving a team culture.
·         High ethical standards Mature, strong headship skills, can drive middle size HR team running smoothly.
·         Willing to work under pressure, face challenges and make long-term commitment.
·         A good team player, responsible, open mind and self-motivated.
·         Good command of English and Chinese both in written and spoken.
·         Excellent PC skills.
