Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in relative field
2. Above 10 years’ working experience in the quality field and more than 5 years experience managing a team.
3. Experiences in railway or automotive industry with sound quality management skills;
4. International project/process experiences in quality subjects of foreign countries and companies, safety handling with foreign partners
5. A qualified person with a bias towards quality; person with excellent person to person relationship; person with ability to bring a spirit of quality excellence beneath the employees
