1. Responsible for drawing up, controlling and implementing the annual departmental budget and working plan.
2. Responsible for the routine management of Quality Assurance Department (including FQC)
3. Responsible for keep contact and communication with QA of headquarters to get necessary functional instruction and support.
4. Be responsible for setting up, improving and perfecting the quality assurance system of the company. Apply for and get the relative certificates.
5. Regularly organize internal audits to the quality assurance system, systematically survey the implementation of the system to ensure the company’s quality policy and objective to be successfully achieved.
6. Introduce Total Quality Management (TQM) in the company.
7. Review and approve internal quality standards.
8. Regularly hold quality assurance meeting to analyze and find solutions to the quality problems arising in Finished Goods Quality Control (FQC), Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Process Quality Control (PQC), returned goods from market and development of QA system. Evaluate the effects of the solutions.
9. Supervise and control the application for product certifications, set up and keep good relationships with central and local technical supervision bureaus (TSB) and dealing with problems arising in the supervision inspections conducted by government TSBs at all levels.
10. Evaluate the sub-contractors together with Purchase dept. and R&D.
11. Be responsible for scheduling and implementing the quality training to different levels of staffs.

Above 10 years’ working experience in the overall quality management including 5 years in the managerial role (team member>20);
Experiences in gas water heater quality management is a must;
