Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will be overseeing one of the restaurants at our resort. He/She assists F&B Director to ensure restaurant operation meet customer needs, improve employee satisfaction and focus on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the restaurant.

We are seeking an individual who is energetic, enthusiastic and committed to giving guests unique and unforgettable dining experiences at the resort.

Core Responsibilities:
? Oversee restaurant operation, assist F&B Director to ensure adherence to service standards, sanitation standards and productivity standards
? Monitor and control inventories, equipment at the restaurant
? Maintain cleanliness and sanitation levels to Health Department required ratings at all times
? Ensure the quality levels of food & beverage products, maintain high quality standards in production, services, facilities and guest satisfaction
? Assist F&B Director to ensure targets are met
? Ensure all guests and visitors a pleasant experience, maintain and enhance guest satisfaction
? Handle any guest/ customer complaints and ensure speedy follow-up and improvement

? Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and follow-up

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
? 2-3 years experience in an international hotel
? Familiar with Chinese, Western and International cuisine
? Good knowledge of latest dining trend with major focus in China
? Oral and written fluency in English / Chinese

Education/Certifications:
? College degree in Food Service Management, Restaurant Management, Hospitality or related major
