Responsibilities:
？ Develop KPIs for china , analyze and monitor performance for operation.
？ Analyze and monitor equipment efficiency.
？ Analyze and monitor production quality in manufacture process , and focus the RFT /Loss.
？ Establish and improve the SOP, including :notice safety /how do prepare product time /AM/ how do open machine ,ect…
？ Lead and drive Engineering and Improvement Plan development for sites on Upgrades and new installations.
？ Together with HSE personnel, perform MOC, Hazard Study and Risk Assessments for projects, engineering changes, etc.
？ Work to the requirements of Akzo Nobel Business Principles in all respect.
Requirements:
？ Bachelor/University Degree majored in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
？ Be experienced as Process or Project Engineer in Industrial field will be prefer(such as Coatings, Food, Chemical, Plastics, etc.)
？ Experienced in driving Improvements directly on the manufacturing floor. ？ Working knowledge of SPC, Lean Manufacturing, 5S.
？ Have basic HSE related skills such as Risk Assessment, HAZOP Skills, etc.
Other Special Comments:
？ Able to work independently.
？ Good Communication skills (Good English - read, write, speak, able to give presentations)
？ Good Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
？ Travel up to 30% of the time.
