Senior Sourcing Engineer

工作地点：江苏吴江（上海及苏州每日班车往返约1小时）

要 求：
-Bachelor’s Degree of engineering or related field
-3 years or more experience in sourcing and purchasing position in industry.
-Strong technical knowledge and Quality oriented
-Advanced negotiation skills
-Trustfully, autonomous, team spirit, hardworking and dynamic.
-Knowledge of casting, machining products.

职 责：
Major responsibilities are (but not limited to):
>Consult with key business users in the supplier performance management process.
>Participate in company sourcing plans policies development.
>Analyze and develop business requirements, supplier relationship structures and processes.
>Issue and Analyze sourcing reports.
>Conduct bid analysis
>Develop request for quotation.
>Develop and manage vendor relationship.

All of these to/for

>Coordinate with cross-functional team in the research and selection of suppliers in the product life cycle.
>Guide the selection and development of preferred suppliers; participate in negotiation team, establishing pricing agreement with preferred suppliers.
>Monitor current commodity market conditions, technology roadmaps, and supply on demand equations.
>Translate all into short and long term commodity strategies.
>Evaluate suppliers' productivity and technology plans.
>Cooperate with purchasing team and key material users.
