职位描述
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）
? 负责各项促销活动的分析、预算、申请、计划、实施、评估和调整；
? 协助ABM对促销费用进行申请和管理；
? 负责终端展示专柜、出样、陈列、展台、POP等标准制定，物料准备，宣导和检查实施情况；
? 分析销售数据和竞品信息并按时提交各项周、月报表；
? 分析竞争对手并提出应对措施；
? 负责促销员人头预算控制，招募和培训促销人员；
? 负责促销员例会、产品及相关技巧培训；
? 采购、管理及发放赠品；
? 分析和评估促销员绩效；
? 负责提交促销运工资报表。
Knowledge & Skill (知识技能要求)
Bachelor degree or above;
本科学位或以上;
2 years sales/trade marketing experience or above;
具有至少两年的销售/贸易市场经验;
Minimum 1 year experience in home appliance industry;
具有最少一年的家电行业经验;
Require 1 year experience in retail management;
具有一年的零售管理经验;
1 year in managerial position and used to manage above 2 people's team.
担任过一年的管理职位,并能适应管理两人以上的团队。
Physical Requirements（体力要求。如身体健康需适应频繁出差等）
Good health condition; occasionally business trip
