工作职责：
1、负责华为基地项目安全部整体培训计划的制定工作；
2、结合项目实际安保运营状况制作切实的课件；
3、组织保安部培训课程的有效开展，并落实跟踪培训效果，发现并改善现场问题；
4、 从宏观角度对保安部整体工作绩效进行考核，并汇总数据，分析并进一步优化。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有5年以上安保工作运营管理工作经验；
2、有一定的安全工作培训计划及实施工作经验；
3、有大型办公区域、写字楼区域保安工作经验者优先；
4、具备一定的现场安全工作管理能力，有一定的消防管理经验；
5、具备讲师的特质，同时善于发现问题。
