AP Accountant(欧独资新建化工公司，金山地区上班，提供班车，有海外培训，薪资优厚)
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Accountant Payable is responsible for intercompany transactions and some ledger accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Ensures that all activities are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
？ Performs control of automatic and manual provisions or accrued expenses generated by the company.
？ Performs reconciliation of external or intercompany expenses transactions.
？ Prepares the forecast of expenses for the company.
？ Records invoices and other requests for payment;
？ Manages accounts payable;
？ Prepares various accounting reports and statistics relating to his/her field of expertise;
？ Prepares analyses of general ledger accounts relating to his/her field of expertise;
？ Performs VAT etc tax returns.
？ Work closely with other Finance members to do monthly & yearly closing.
？ Assist Accounting Supervisor in internal and external audit activities
？ Performs tasks relating to mandates entrusted to him/her;
？ Develops and updates internal procedures and manuals relating to his/her field of expertise;
？ Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company and adheres to company’s values.
PROFILE
？ Required Qualifications:
？ Holds a college degree in accounting/finance;
？ Possess professional accountant license (会计上岗证) according to PRC laws.
？ At least three-year experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial field.
？ SAP operation knowledge in FI module is preferred
？ Skills and Aptitudes:
？ Teamwork spirit;
？ Good communication & interpersonal skill;
？ Serious and careful;
？ High responsible;
？ Integrity and professional ethics;
？ Fluent in Mandarin and working knowledge of English.
