Responsibilities:
1、Develop KPIs for Asia Pacific, analyze and monitor performance, and drive for improvements
2、Benchmark, set standards, and drive towards improvement targets.
 3、Cascade Engineering and related Akzo Nobel and BU Standards, Directives, and Targets, as well as related local regulations, to all sites via workshop, site visits, training, hands on work in the field. Ensure compliance.
 4、Develop, maintain, and implement sBU Engineering Standards and Procedures, including setting machine and equipments specifications, in compliance with Akzo Nobel Engineering, HSE Standards, and sBU directives.
 5、Provide Hands-on Manufacturing support to units to achieve set targets on improvements. (RTF, Quality, Productivity, Loss, Waste, Utilities, etc.)
6、Lead and drive Engineering and Improvement Plan development for sites on Upgrades and new installations.
7、Together with HSE personnel, perform MOC, Hazard Study and Risk Assessments for projects, engineering changes, etc.
8、Work to the requirements of Akzo Nobel Business Principles in all respect.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor/University Degree majored in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
2、Minimum 3 Years' experience as Process or Project Engineer in Industrial field (such as Coatings, Food, Chemical, Plastics, etc.)
3、Experienced in driving Improvements directly on the manufacturing floor.
4、Working knowledge of SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.
5、Have basic HSE related skills such as Risk Assessment, HAZOP Skills, MOC, LOTO, etc.
6、Able to work independently.
7、Good Communication skills (Good English - read, write, speak, able to give presentations)
 8、Good Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
 9、Travel up to 40% of the time.
