Control the product quality build to meet quality metrics and customer requirements;

Fully Understand customer requirements and customer Spec;

Establish and maintain an effective quality system in plant;

Lead the quality team to Improve production process and quality performance

Train and manage Quality Engineers/Quality Inspectors;

Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality problem as well as quality feedback and complains;

Support to review and update Control Plan and PFMEA;

Responsible for customer PPAP approval for design change;

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years work experience;

Working in quality management over 2 ~ 3 years;

Very good communication and interpersonal skills;

Good English capability;

Familiar with 6 Sigma methodology is preferable.
