职位描述

Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent 该职位主要职责

1. Work closely with HQ trade marketing and local vendors to provide and develop tailor-made merchandising tools & brand power to deliver better visibility and stability.

2. M&P: Manage the M&P materials process and effective usage in the field and capture the opportunities and potential of the merchandising/POS materials, control M&P budget, forecast spending evaluation, maintain M&P warehouse.

3. Support field sales in executing and monitoring merchandising standard (GMP) for field sales’ at all sales channels (MT/TT/WS) and front-end management initiatives’ roll-out in the region.

4. Develop local/regional trade presence initiatives to align sales priorities.

5. Merchandise display design: Support field sales to develop the tailor-made in-store promotion activities to win in competition in all sales channels to maximize sales growth opportunities in the region.

6. Co-Marketing communication: Support national trade marketing to implement the merchandising and promotion plan/project to make sure better communication between HQ and front line sales and execution in excellent.

7. In-store activity: Review and evaluate efficiency of in-store promotion and national feature display promotion in order to apply the successful learning in the future.

8. Monitor PAS roll-out project’s execution in the region.


Incumbent Requirements 该职位具体要求

1. Disciplined manager with strategy and priority development capabilities;

2. Effective communicator (good English and good mandarin- written and spoken);

3. Winning and resilient attitude;

4. Min. 6 years experience in FMCG industry;

5. Strong human relations,

6. Strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans;

7. Good logical thinking in process setting and following-up;

8. Solid experience in field sales execution;

9. Knowledge about trade marketing strategy;

10. University education;

11. A team player and a good team leader;

12. Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen.
