IT End User and Office Services team has the end to end service ownership and delivery accountability for the IT end user services.

These services include all non-business specific solutions such as:
？ end user and office devices
？ access and identity management
？ online services platforms
？ mobility solutions
？ productivity and collaboration tools and printing
Also change management activities and global user support are managed by this team

Service Platforms
As a part of IT End User and Office Service, this team is managing outsourced services of end user devices, printing, tele-, video- and audio communication.

Location of the position is Asia Service Center in Changshu. Position holder will report to APAC IT Service Center Manager and in matrix to Head of IT End User and Office Services, Service Platforms.

Typical daily activities:
？ HCL operations monitoring (HCL is our global outsource partner for infrastructure services)
？ Vendor governance (HCL, Microsoft, Miradore, smaller software vendors)
？ Coordination of workstation build & software packaging.
？ Software Asset Management in Windows environment
？ Miradore integrations to other systems
？ Piloting and testing new devices (new PC models, tablets, etc)
？ Service development (Overseeing workstation service globally, and develop future roadmap, quality improvement, cost reduction and etc)

Upcoming development & projects:
？ Windows 8 upgrade
？ Tablet selection
？ Software installation automation
？ Workstation software licensing optimization
？ User categorization & services per category

Contributing projects:
? TransIT GDC (this is our global Data centre migration project to move all our Data centre operation from existing supplier to new supplier HCL)
？ Lync 2013
？ AD upgrade
？ IT Request Portal (User can make service requests for e.g. laptops, or workstation or etc software installation, and to automate this process)
？ Griffin releases (Griffin is our standard IT workstation environment)
