Role Description:
Responsible to implement and ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies in terms of Safety, Health, Environment and leading analysis people to comply with relevant quality standards of our company.
Another responsibility is taking the role of production planning to manage safety stock, production plan.
Primary Responsibility:
Provide guidance and advice in promoting SHEQ policy and objectives and concepts to staff and operators.
Ensure continuous improvement in SHEQ performance in the company
Interpret Group Policies, Standards and Directives for local implementation on a priority basis.
Ensure all operation processes and facilities used in the company comply with the Group and local legal requirements.
Develop and execute inspection, audit and risk assessment program to identify hazard and evaluate risk and monitor corrective action plan.
Ensure all of the accidents, incidents, near miss and potential hazard in the company are reported in time and provide full support for investigation of accidents and incidents and appropriate corrective actions implemented.
Monitor and control all of the EMOC, PTW and Directives follows procedures/requirements.
Responsible for getting all related certificates required by government, including Safety Production Certificate, Industrial Products Certificate, Filling Certificate and Pressure Vessel Usage Certificate etc.
Responsible/leading QA management to ensure all products supplied to customer are qualified and ISO 9001 procedures are effective.
Consolidate all the SHEQ related issues as monthly report.
Make suitable production plan according to customers order through SAP system.
Daily safety stock management to ensure suitable products stock.
Helium import/export management in SAP and payment formalities with Finance.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, safety/Health or Quality discipline, with 3 years working experience in safety & quality management or production management.
Excellent oral and written communication skill in mandarin, and good reading and writing in English.
Good computer skill in the field of office work.
Good partnership building with internal and external department.
