Job Responsibility:

1. Lead Lean implementation, Kaizen projects and other continuous improvement activities, with collaboration with department managers.

2. Drive 5S activities on shop floor, including auditing, reporting ,deviation tracking, etc.

3. Influence the organization to use Lean thinking and tools at all levels (from department

Manager to shop floor) to achieve operational excellence, in the dimensions of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.

4. Provide Lean training in Chinese and English.

5. Coach problem solving tools for shop floor line leaders.

6. Operational report consolidation

Minimum Qualification Required:

1 .Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent experience

2. Industrial engineering background will be a plus

3. More than 6 years experiences in manufacturing industry.

4. More than 3 cross-functional lean projects experiences with application of some lean tools, such as SMED, Kanban, PFEP, SOS, Supermarket, etc.

5. Hands-on experiences in SMED and TPM will be a plus.

6. Good written and oral English skills.
