职位描述
Purpose of the position
— To operate as the frontline contact for Greater China customers by providing a professional total quality customer
services covering queries, order fulfilment, complaint handling, billing, payment processing and other CSC
activities and providing related sales support as well.
— To act as a peer coach in offering advice and guidance
— To assist implementing HPO billing best-practice business processes
Principal responsibilities
— Responsible for billing and capable to deliver billing KPIs
— Responsible for the cash customers revenue collection activities and deliver the cash collection targets.
— Directly apply BCP and BOP practices to maximize debtor performance
— To seek and implement new ideas to improve services to customers and enhance the collection of monies owed
— Operate within all defined Area and CSC KPI’s
— Ensure full adherence to agreed SLA’s.
— Accurate and fast order placement including emergency deliveries etc.
— Accurate identification and recording of customer enquiries with appropriate ownership and resolution.
— Minimize customer dissatisfaction by ensuring enquiries handled within agreed timescales.
— Able to handle high volumes of customer enquiries, taking effective decisions and ensuring maximum customer
satisfaction.
— To maintain pressure on cylinder control in the market place by checking cylinder holdings, identifying
discrepancies between customers’ physical record and our cylinder holding records and recover cylinders held
by unauthorized people from the market.
— Support all business representatives to achieve sales and profit targets.
— Actively support and ensure compliance with CSC Sales and Business initiatives.
— Act as a peer coach in offering advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues in line with defined
processes and procedures
— To assist implementing HPO billing best-practice business processes

Required qualifications/experience
— Degree in business or any associated discipline
— At least one year commercial experience, gained in a business to business environment
— Excellent Microsoft office skill, master EXCEL & Power point
— An understanding of basic accounting knowledge is preferable
— Jinshui invoice billing skill is preferable
— SAP Knowledge is preferable
