职位要求：

Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering (or closely related field) with 4 years above related experience.
Proven hardware design skills & familiar with small signal related designs
A good working knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, EMC knowledge.
Familiar with PCB process(SMT, reflow, etc), ASIC process knowhow is preferred
Familiar with the design process from concept to product
Excellent problem solving skills, self-motivation, and team orientation a must.
Good English language skills, both oral and written required.
Proficiency in use of SPICE, Protel, Mentor, and LabView preferred
职位沟通要点：

60% - Regular electrical design work.
1. Responsible for conducing the electrical design activities based on concepts and requirements generated from the marketing and customer. Including IC selection, interface circuit buildup, etc.
2. Be able to generate design architect that meet product requirements, select and approve new components, build, test and analyze prototypes and create design documentation including, Engineering Specification, circuit schematics, parts and device prints. Be able to product testing and data collection; Be good at data treatment and analysis to generate product specification.
3. Be able setup validation test plan, including duration test, EMC, etc. be familiar with different kinds of standard searching and understanding.
4. Be able to lead and coordinate the design team works with both internal & external partners.
5. Work closely with global team. Develop new EMA and circuit module.
20% - Cooperated with the other function to make sure the design is eligible.
1. Work with Process, Manufacturing, Production, and Test Engineers during the entire development cycle to deliver a quality and cost effective new product.
2. Keep in touch with the supplier to achieve the latest technical information, applying to the product designs.
3. Understand the customer needs, directed by the sales and marketing.
4. Provide support to IC and electronic related failure analysis

1. Investigate and develop engineering solutions.
2. Design new products to meet the local customer needs.
10% - Understand the ASIC principle and application<BR>1. Include electronic engineering, deals with computers and integrated circuits.
3. Be able to understand integrated ASIC circuits design, communicate with ASIC vendor and utilize ASIC for design.
