职位要求：

1.机械或电机工程等相关专业本科学历。
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2.在下述工业控制仪器仪表应用领域中有两年以上的销售经验：石油天然气，工程机械，发电机组，船机，压缩机，或泵组等。
At least three years of sales experience and more than one year of sales management experience in the following fields for industrial engine applications: Oil & Gas Equipment, Construction Machinery, Generator sets, Marine, or Industrial stationary equipment such as compressors, pumps.
3.熟悉工业柴油发动机对此职位有很大的帮助。
Working experience and knowledge of diesel engines and associated instruments.
4.客户至上的意识强。较强的领导力，能对下属进行有效地辅导。并能承受工作压力。
Customer-driven. Have strong leadership and effective coaching skills. Can withstand pressure.
5.较强的沟通能力和客户关系处理技巧。
Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
6.英文书面和口语交流基本流利。
Good communication skills in both written and verbal English.


职位沟通要点：

1.针对工业柴油发动机，石油天然气设备，工程机械等不同的工业领域销售控制仪器仪表。
Develop sales in various industries including diesel engine, Oil & Gas, and Construction Machinery.
2.挖掘及发展潜在的目标客户；经常拜访客户，提供解决方案及跟踪项目进展。
Proactively explore and develop relations with potential customers.
3.根据年度销售计划的流程制定现有客户和潜在客户的销售发展计划。
Develop sales plans for each key and key target account based on the annual sales planning process.
4.维护现有客户，进行及时有效地交流、提供技术支持及产品服务以达到和超出客户的期望。
Maintain close relationship with existing customers. Achieve superior communication, technical and product skills in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
5.市场信息调查及分析；针对不同客户群制定相关的市场及销售计划。
Conduct market survey and assessment. Develop marketing and sales plans for individual customer group.
6.参加行业展会推广产品。
Attend trade shows and promote products.
