职位要求：

1. Responsible for QCD of Eyepiece production;
2. Be in charge of all Bline mechanical outsourcing and daily purchasing management;
3. Responsible for mechanical workshop management in Bline;
4. Drive continuous Kaizen in all related processes by using DBS tools;
5. Control inventory by improving supply chains and KB systems;
6. Team building;
7. Other assignment from Line Manager;

职位沟通要点：

bachelor degree, Engineer or management
SAP experience is preferred,or related MRP experience
Experience with lean conversion or other improvement tools
3-5 yeasrs above in production management position
Good team player
Communication skills
SW/SMED/TPM skills
Able to take challenge and always keep open attitude
Team working in organization
basic English reading
Computer level: Word, Excel
