Retail Sales Manager (East China)

Responsibilities:
-To have full responsibilities for Deco Retail including department operation and management,develop and improve businessin line with company strategy
-Lead sales team to achieve sales growth aligning with company strategy by managing and monitor ingsalesteam’s activities to develop retail dealers in targeted areas
-Cooperate with relevant department to ensure qualified delivery and service to customers and projects.
-Cooperate with company management team to implement the product innovation process, product campaign and launch.

Requirements:
-Above college degree;
-At least 5 years' related experience
-Good at Mandarin and English, both oral and written
-Good communication and coordination skill
-Work with accuracy and teamwork-orientated
主要职责
？ 全权负责装饰涂料零售团队，包括团队整体运作、开发、管理、改进，确保各项工作开展符合公司战略；
？ 通过管理和追踪销售团队在特定领域的零售经销商开发，带领销售团队实现销售增长与公司战略保持一致；
？ 配合相关部门，确保提供给客户以快速的配货和优质的服务
？ 配合公司的管理层，完成产品的开发创新并开展促销活动
职位要求
？ 大专或以上学历；
？ 5年以上相关工作经历；
？ 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
？ 良好的沟通协调能力；
？ 良好的团队合作精神。
