职位描述
The purpose of this position is to support sourcing supervisor to facilitate overall sourcing activities in area of raw materials &indirect materials within PVM China, in the light of fast grow of the company business. In charge of new material /supplier sourcing ,effective supplier development, supplier performance evaluation to meet the company target of business. Work with the related department to accomplish the project on the new product development and cost re-engineering projects of raw material and indirect material.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
1. 1. Manage supplier sourcing and development to achieve competitive purchasing position and reliable
2. service level to meet the request of PVM business growth.
3. 负责供应商开发和发展, 达到更有竞争性的采购活动和获得更稳定持久的供应服务水平, 满足公司不断
4. 发展的业务需求。
5. 2. Execute effective supplier management system and performance evaluation program to get continuous
6. improvement at supplier service
7. 执行供应商有效管理和业绩评估体制, 持续改善供应商服务水平。
8. 3. Manage the cost structure management system to get the material supply with best competitive cost
9. 管理产品价格构架控制系统，获得更有竞争力的产品价格。
10. 4. Cooperate with related dept. to achieve the yearly new material development plan and cost re-engineering project
11. 和相关部门合作完成年度新产品开发和成本控制项目。
12. 5. Manage price system of identified key material market trend and have a better control of
13. purchasing price in strategic level
14. 管理关键产品的市场价格走势信息系统更加有效的控制采购成本。
15. 6. Work with P&T department to collect and effective manage all required certificates &documentations for all new
16. qualified supplier development .
17. 在开发新的供应商中，和P&T共同协作收集和管理业务开发所必需的证明文件。
