Position Profile
· Sales and P&L responsibility for the retail division China
· Development of high-end customer relationships with key-account customers

- Plan, formulate and implement eCommerce sales, marketing and promotional strategies,

· Grow and manage network of dealers partners throughout China
· Future build-up of distributor base through direct acquiring of new partners
· Improvement of sales performance by standardizing all key sales processes
· Development of multiple sales channels for the retail division with channel-specific sales strategies and sales & incentive programs across channels
·· Communicate with overseas headquarters on product specifications and technical requirements
·
Preferred Experience
· Over 10 years experience

· Bachelor degree
· Strong customer-Electronic experience

-Strong understanding of Retail Sales / Digital / Marketing / CRM.
· Understanding of business environment and processes in retail industries
· Native Chinese language skills(Mandarin), excellent oral and written English communication skills
· Working experience in international environment

· Change management experience
· Strong existing network in Chinese retail industry knowledge an advantage
· Initial training at HQs provided
