DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs collaborative planning with Global Marketing and Sales on SKU forecasting, annual budget planning, strategic and long range planning.
Monitors worldwide inventory and ensures commitment with set KPI.
Set, monitor, report & control global demand plans to align with monthly sales targets.
Provides annual Plants loading plans for budget preparation based on annual sales commitment.
Provides annual plans for traded products for purchase planning based on annual sales commitment.
Works with Operations Team on demand and replenishment plans.
Leads the company's S&OP process worldwide.
Identifies & sets over-all Planning key performance measures to support annual targets.
Performs other related activities concerning specific tasks on cost savings initiatives to support company's targets.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in global demand planning, regional Planning, Operations Planning, and Strong demand planning and supply planning ability
Strategic thinking
Understands ISO standards and implementation.
Understands and has experienced working on LEAN principles.
Has experienced working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), AX experience is preferred
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to simplify, translate and communicate complex concepts.
Results-oriented with strong business acumen.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
