to join their operation in Shanghai.

JOB PROFILE
Reporting to GM(US), your responsibilities will include:-
? Accepting full P&L responsibility for the plant; oversees Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistic, Finance and HR departments
? Manage manufacturing facilities, with emphasis on quality, customer service, production reliability and cost performance
? Negotiate, structure, secure and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure cost and quality
? Support development of theoretical yields and cost build-up for all products being manufactured and new program quotes
? Analyse customer complaints and recommend and implement improvement actions
? Assist in developing and executing supply chain initiatives
? Foster and facilitate cost savings idea generation internal and external
? Attract, develop, and retain top talent
The ideal applicant will have the following experience:-
? 10 – 15 years of experience working in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in management level position
? BA or BS degree in engineering, or any other manufacturing related technical discipline preferred
? Mechanical or Electrical industry working experience is preferred
? Strong oral and written English capability is a must
