Job Duties:
? Assist in executing Human Resources policies & guidelines in the region
? Perform any other duties as assigned
? Staff's personnel management and staff relationship
? Partner with China HR Functional Manager for support
? Cooperation in staff attraction, management and retention
? Provide professional HR support to ensure smooth running of staffing & personnel/C&B/L&D
? Internal communication
? Plan, follow up and review Regional HR practices
? Prepare the headcount & staff cost budget for the annual business plan or any new projects
? Provide comprehensive reports related to headcounts, staff cost, turnover rate etc. HR data
? Oversea regional recruitment, training & development, employee relations, performance management, and other ? Schedules work for optimum efficiency and productivity
? Provide day-to-day work direction
? Conduct performance appraisal

Qualifications:
? Excellent knowledge of labor statutes
? Good knowledge and understanding of the business needs/operations
? Excellent knowledge and governing on all HR related systems, policies and procedures
? Excellent understanding of the organization structures/jobs
? Good consulting skills to the business leaders in the areas of people/organizations
? Good knowledge on project management and process improvement
? In-depth knowledge of personnel issue in responsible districts
? Good knowledge of business strategy and critical issues in responsible districts
? Good HR Management and organization behavior
? 7 years relevant HR experience
? 2 years managerial position experience
? Logistics business experience is preferred but not essential
? Overseas working experience is preferred but not essential
? Bachelor degree or above
