职位描述

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

- Supports new and existing system functionality for the human resources function. Assists in implementation and testing of the SAP HR module, programs and processes regionally and globally.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Works closely with regional China HR departments, and Corporate to provide support on system updates, testing, training, maintenance, documentation, and communication. Evaluates current system process and identifies system modifications that are needed to support the business process.

- Designs and conducts system testing according to requirements, including writing test plans, managing testing processes, and documenting results. Including communicating with users and/or coordinating testing with others.

- Supports SAP implementations by working with the appropriate HRIS team member(s) to evaluate requirements, train users, convert data, and support the entity on an ongoing basis.

- Manages assigned aspects of SAP implementations at regional entities. This includes establishing project plans, creating process documentation, coordinating test plans, and tracking milestones, indentifying issues that may cause delays in deliverables or obstacles to meeting goals. Works with the appropriate business owners and/or HRIS team to evaluate requirements, train users, convert data, and support the entity on an ongoing basis.

- Works with the HRIS team member(s) to ensure that functional requirements are analyzed, documented and included on Global Information Services (GIS) work plans.

- Assists Benefits Group with system development, open enrollment, testing on health welfare and retirement processes and vendor feeds. As well as providing recommendations for process and system improvements.

- Assists the Compensation Group with annual compensation administration such as report development, auditing and uploads into SAP for the Americas region as well as providing recommendations for process and system improvements.

- Develops and modifies new and/or existing HR reports. This would include gathering requirements from end-users, document requirements, and work with IS on developing and testing of new reports.

- Works with HRIS team and business owners to prioritize projects, evaluates costs and benefits of projects, and makes recommendations regarding where resources may be required.

- Researches best practices and keeps abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process goals.

- Conducts new and ongoing training for system users. This responsibility may involve conducting classes for new users or working with users one-on-one or facilitating webinars. Responsible for creating and/or updating training materials, exercises and documentation.

- Maintains SAP HR documentation and communicates to the regional HR community of any changes.

- Understands, supports and contributes to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.



EDUCATION:

Required:

- Bachelor degree

Preferred:

- Bachelors degree in a field related to business management, Human Resources

or information management.


WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE:

Required:

- 4+ years in Human Resources information systems

Preferred:

- Previous experience working with SAP HR



SKILLS:

Required:

- Excellent PC skills (MS Office) and a basic understanding of the fundamentals of HRIS applications.

- Good problem solving and analytical ability.

- Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations.

- Proven self-management skills that demonstrate the ability to complete assignments in a systematic and timely manner.

- Good verbal/written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely to influence business decisions on systems and applications.

Preferred:

- Project management

- Travel as required (less than 10%)
