Job Output:
This job is under the direct supervision of Logistics manager. He or She is mainly responsible for initiating production schedule efficiency at cost and working on raw material requirement plan. Meanwhile he/she play key role on balancing working capital management and customer service objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
？ Convert Production Plan into Master Production Schedule (MPS).
？ Follow Manufacturing Rules and Repetitive Master Schedule while scheduling MPS.
？ Chair weekly production schedule meeting.
？ Be responsible for base stock calculation.
？ Be responsible for maintaining BOM in BPCS.
？ Be responsible for raw material requirements plan.
？ Be the key role for controlling raw material inventory level.
？ Co-ordinate all raw material changes with sourcing, technical group and manufacturing group to ensure smooth transition.
？ Be service owner from plant.
？ Be owner for managing ODD LOT process for plant.
？ Be responsible for maintaining BPCS Logistics functions.
？ Be responsible for item master maintenance in BPCS.
？ Perform other tasks as required.
Key data/measures for area of responsibility:
？ Fill rate,
？ Downtime caused by raw material shortage due to MRP error.
？ Smooth transition of raw material changes.
？ BOM accurate in BPCS system
？ Meet working capital budget (stock level)
Organizational Relationships:
？ Reports to Logistic Manager
Qualifications Required
Educational/Vocational training:
？ College degree or above
Practical Experience:
？ Three years above related working experience in multinational or joint-venture enterprise
？ Familiar with ERP
Special Knowledge
？ Logic thinking
？ Strong analysis skill
？ Strong coordinating/communication skill
？ Customer advocator
？ Producer
