Responsibilities:
？ Manage existing key customers in the HVAC, Refrigeration and Compressor markets.
？ Liaise with technical, production, quality and marketing dpt to support, promote and develop sales with these accounts.
？ Research, monitor, evaluate and quantify market trends, customer needs, competitor actions and local regulations.
？ Identify new potentials for all products and develop new accounts in this market segment in China
Requirements
？ University Graduate in Electrical / Power Electronics / Electromechanical engineering
？ Minimum 6-8 years experience in relevant field and market both in Technical Support (field service engineer, application engineer) and Sales/Marketing
？ Highly motivated and capable to work independently under pressure
？ Good commercial sense
？ Strong negotiating experience
？ Fluent spoken and written English
