LOCATION/地点 ：上海市徐汇区（公司提供班车，附近有地铁）
REPORTING TO/汇报对象
The IMS manager of Greater China.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
Conduct internal audit
? Help process owner in the company to check IMS related Silicones documents (VA)
? Localization of Silicones global IMS
? Involve in significant customer site audit and follow up actions
? Coordinate with plant IMS and BT IMS to align GB-S IMS
? Monitor self-learning of IMS procedure
? Coordinate customer investigation in terms of trading business and indent business
? Translate IMS related documents between Chinese and English
? Attend IMS related trainings, internal auditors, and meetings
? Help BT and plants to implement IMS related procedures.
? Help BT and plants to realize the management of document
? Follow up the implementation of action points from internal audit within Greater China.
? Coach documentation in terms of corrective actions for customer complaint in SMART
? Involve in supplier audit related to business if needed
? Involved in improvement project by Silicones
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件
? Educational background in chemical related fields or experience therein
? At least 2 year basic experience in chemical jobs (e.g. process, production, quality, lab etc.) and over 1 year experience concerning IMS management in Group multinationals.
? Good command of both Chinese and English
? Internal auditor certificates for ISO9001 & ISO14001 and German skill are preferred.
