精通其中任一种即可Microsoft products, Cisco Network, SharePoint, Window/Linux Server, NetApp Storage, VMware, C/C++, Java, Powershell
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ( include EHSS responsibilities)
？ Perform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance management for IT products in Asia-Pacific area
？ Working within a globalized environment in terms of strategy, processes and policies.
？ Provide technical support for AsiaPac Regional Datacenter and sites.
？ Support development of new architectures within our COMPANY global team.
？ Provide handover documentation and training for Global Control Center team and UHD.
？ Support standard reporting on all above activities, on operation, project and training related tasks.
？ Work closely with central IT team for IT service management and execute the service delivery process and measurement based on the designed procedures.
？ Ensure the IT service efficiency and proactively propose any service improvement potentials.
？ Provide necessary assistance to any other regional/global infrastructure and application operations and project implementations.
？ In case of necessary, support the local purchasing issues for hosting components together with purchasing department and central IT teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION (education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
？ Bachelor degree of computer science and information technology
？ At least 1 years’ experience in at least one of the IT area including Microsoft products, Cisco Network, SharePoint, Window/Linux Server, NetApp Storage, VMware, C/C++, Java, Powershell
？ Be able to use English as a working language, both in written and spoken
？ ITIL Foundation preferred
？ Good team worker, highly self-motivated, and strong self-confidence to work independently
？ Strong customer oriented attitude and process oriented thinking, understand well the ITIL methodology.
