AR Accountant,500强外资制造型企业
Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for invoice management and billing process optimization in finance department
2.Issue invoice based on invoice request in UFIDA and golden tax system, to make sure invoice delivery on timely manner
3.Order entry record maintenance on daily basis, and cross check with system price record to ensure revenue recognized accurately
4.Be responsible for cash application to Accounts Receivable, make sure AR balance cleaned in time and accurately
5.Communication with business operation and other cross function with good relationship, to be quick and professional response and feedback to proper request from internal and external
6.Handle other AR process according to company SOP and make sure align with SOX requirement
7.Other assigned job for AR function
Requirements:
1.University degree, major in accounting /finance
2.Above 3 years experience in foreign investment company
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills
4.Stronger PC skills, especial for Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
5.Mature, independent, positive and strong sense of responsibility, be able to work under press
