Job responsibilities

- Dossier analysis and technical communication with MP and supplier

1. Checks/challenges dossier for realization content

2. Checks risk of impact of industrial components and profiles on the machine manufacturing

3. RFQ preparation and RFQ process (question list, NC list)

- Reports to the project coordinator

- After each project gives feedback to project coordinator on supplier result

- Guarantees realization is conform to dossier and company specification in the different phases

1. Machining

2. Assembly/Wiring

3. Platform tests

4. Packaging

- Creates and updates supplier follow-up dossier

- Guarantees the prevention plan is implemented in supplier workshop.

- Supports supplier on technical aspects and workshop organization (Bib Real, Bib Standard)

- Applies Quality System and Methodology of MPH

- Contributes to MPH progress plan.

Qualifications

- At least Bachelor degree (automation) with at least 8 years equipment construction experience (design, maintenance, technical after-sale service could be considered)

- Good English communication is preferred (written/reading mandatory, speaking can be improved in the company)

- Good knowledge for raw material, machining process, surface treatment, assembly, settings

- Good knowledge of industrial components for mechanical (including pneumatic, hydraulic)

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2008 + SolidWorks for design reading

- Good knowledge of measurement tooling (caliper, 3D…)

- Open to others , Team work, hardworking, good communication with others
