职位描述
Ensure keep high safety, COC & compliance standard
? Responsible to provide mechanical engineering support to maintenance and operations of the plant
? Lead failure root cause analysis, analyze asset availability and drive improvement in mechanical reliability
? Review work request for value added work to control maintenance cost
QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering
? With 8 years relevant working experience in a Chemical manufacturing environment, preferred Petrol chemical or plastic working industry.
? Understand the working principle of different types of pumps/compressor, mechanical seals, heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
? Knowledge of winders and vibration analysis will be an advantage
? Has logical problem solving skill
? Basic PC skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) for daily application
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Support compliance through being part of compliance systems owner (CSO)
o Ensure sufficient certified mechanical technician available according to regulation
o Ensure mechanical statutory inspection program being followed
? Lead trouble shooting of mechanical related issues
? Review work request to identify and execute value adding work
? Review non-routine mechanical work procedures
o Safety and operations implication
o Develop control measure and contingency plan
? Train and develop mechanical maintenance technicians
o Review skill set of mechanical team against requirement
o Develop training program for mechanical team
o Provide on-site training and work with HR to identify specific off-site training program
? Provide mechanical engineering support to small project implementation
? Optimise spare parts level to control cost of working capital
? Lead reliability study and drive improvement in mechanical related asset availability
o Collect asset availability data
o Study and recommend improvement program to improve reliability
? Contribute to process safety management of the plant through participation in PHA
? Develop job procedure
o Publish, train and qualify technician on the procedure
? Responsible to provide mechanical engineering support to maintenance and operations of the plant
