KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES( include EHSS responsibilities)
1. Design,develop and setup server system solutions for x86 server systems, Storage systems, SANs and Backup/Restore according to company IT global standards as a Global Expert Team member.
2. Working within a globalized environment in terms of strategy,processes and policies.
3. Provide technical support for Asia Pac Regional Datacenter and sites.
4. Perform operations,monitoring,trouble-shooting and performance management for all server and storage system.
5. Provide development of new architectures within our company global team.
6. Provide handover documentation and training for Global Control Center team and UHD.
7. Support standard reporting on all above activities, on operation, project and training related tasks.
8. Work closely with central IT team for IT service management and execute the service delivery process and measurement based on the designed procedures.
9. Ensure the IT service efficiency and proactively propose any service improvement potentials.
10. Provide necessary assistance to any other regional/global infrastructure and application operations and project implementations.
11. In case of necessary, support the local purchasing issues for hosting components together with purchasing department and central IT teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION(education, language,expertise,functional competencies)
1. University degree of computer science and information technology
2. At least 2-3 years experience in server management or storage management
3. Extensive experience working in x86 server environments preferred IBM and Fujitsu
4. Experience with Windows and LINUX operating systems,VMWare or other server virtualization platform
5. Experience working with NETAPP,IBM DSxxxx,Fujitsu,EMC or other storage systems are preferred
6. Experience working with IBM Tape libraries and Symantec Netbackup are preferred.
7. Certification of MCSE, SUSE LINUX, NETAPP or ITIL Foundation are preferred
8. Good team worker,highly self-motivated,and strong self-confidence to work independently
9. Strong customer oriented attitude and process oriented thinking,understand well the ITIL methodology.
10. Be able to use English as a working language,both in written and spoken
11. Willing to travel
