Responsibilities:
？ Study chemical related regulations in Asia Pacific, and provide RA support for company business in Asia pacific , to ensure product compliance with the legislations in this region.
？ Manage substance control for Asia Pacific region to ensure substance related regulations compliance.
？ Provide chemical import and export advice for BU and local team in term of product MSDS, label and substance regulations.
？ Implement Product Stewardship project in company and merge RA/PS into company operation to ensure daily operation running smoothly.
？ Work with BU RA department to anticipate new regulations and represent IP in related trade unions or authorities,
？ Compile RA tips/alerts regularly and keep touch with BU RA team to support on updating RA bulletin.

Requirements:
？ Minimum10 years' experience in chemical, pharm related technical experience
？ In-depth regulation knowledge in chemical, coating product and HSE related regulatory affairs of China.
？ Good knowledge of regulatory affairs of new substance registration, chemical Classification Labelling and Packaging, chemical related regulations and etc.
？ Good interpersonal and coaching skills.
？ Effective communication skills.
？ Good written and oral English
