BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for all the activities of export including the development of policies and procedures to ensure the successful, on-schedule merchandises in compliance with regulations; Provide advice, direction and aid in export assignments, related interaction and negotiation; Manage and train export staff.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Direct export staff and plan for export assignments, related interaction and negotiation.
Ø Develop and manage the implementation of all export policies and procedures with conformity to stipulations of regulatory setups.
Ø Conducting Asia Pacific market analysis, supporting Asia Pacific showroom and launch plan.
Ø Keep close relationship with overseas distributors: quotation, order processing and complaint etc.
Ø Advise on problem solving methods in relation to distributors and customers complaints.
Ø Coordinating with internal departments: purchasing, production, quality and logistic.
Ø Oversee, review and manage all export records and reports.
Ø Develop and manage department budget.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Ø Report to General Manager - Cabinetry Business, K&B Asia Pacific
Ø Frequent contact with the sales, marketing, purchasing, operations.
Ø External contact with distributor, end customer, and supplier.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Ø University graduated or above majoring in marketing or business administration preferred;
Ø At least 5 years sales experience in cabinetry relevant field
Ø Export experience will be a plus;
Ø Planning and analytical skills are required;
Ø Strong communication and problem solving skill;
Ø Fluent English both speaking and writing;
Ø Good skills of communication and negotiation.
