Senior Business Analyst,地点：浦东张江
Reports to: FP&A manager, Corporate
Department:: FP&A
Location: HQ – Pudong Zhangjiang
Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
？ Independently provide financial advice and support to help functional divisions to achieve their KPIs and align with the Company level’s strategy and objective.
？ Prepare analysis report at Company level to regional office
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
？ Strengthen "key account" concept to functional divisions and support their strategic plan & implementation. Actively participate monthly meetings and provide finance training.
？ Work closely with functional divisions on yearly budget process and ensure the reasonableness
？ Monitor and control functional division expenditure by monthly analysis report between actual vs budget
？ Evaluate the business cases raised by functional division, analyze the ROI and give comments
？ Identify potential business risks in daily operation, advise improvement on internal controls and follow up deficiencies then help functional divisions to work out action plans or new process to fix the deficiencies;
？ Coordinate within FP&A team and other divisions to prepare monthly analysis report of total company’s performance to regional office.
Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications
？ Bachelor degree, preferred major in Accounting, Finance, Economy or other relevants
？ CET-6, Fluent oral and written English
？ CICPA, ACCA, HKCPA or other international qualification is preferred.
Job Required Competencies
？ 3 years or above finance or relevant experience, big 4+commecial experience is preferred.
？ Good communication skills (need to communicate with division directors)
？ Demonstrate good capability of planning, analysis and problem solving
？ Reliance presence and commitment during peak season
