Accountant- Tax/Foreign/Inventory

POSITION SUMMARY岗位概述:
？ To take responsibility of tax and foreign in-bound and out-bound business accounting timely and accurately.
？ 准确及时地核算公司各项税务及外汇工作
？ To have efficient management over inventory
？ 对公司的库存进行有效管理
？ To collect and analyze relevant foreign information
？ 外汇信息的整理和分析
？ To collect/collate and analyze information related to tax to minimize tax expenses.
？ 税务信息的收集、整理、分析，确保公司税务成本最小

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ To audit for income tax currency annually, and assist in tax authority routine works;
？ 年度企业所得税汇算清缴工作，并协助税务部门的日常检查
？ To have tax declaration on-line including VAT/export rebate and business income taxes.
？ 网上纳税申报，包括：增值税、出口退税、企业所得税等
？ To manage VAT invoice, including input and output taxes, and to verify the amount declared with that posted in SAP;
？ 增值税发票的管理工作，包括进项税额管理、销项税额管理、并且就申报数据和SAP系统记账数据核对
？ To manage and verify VAT invoice, including the scanning for input invoice of material purchasing/fixed assets purchasing and transport;
？ 增值税发票认证管理，包括材料采购、固定资产采购、运输发票的进项扫描
？ To take foreign-oriented tax issues related to non-business and declaration and accounting for other duties, including housing duty/tenure tax/tariff/stamp tax/WULPT and fees for river way.
？ 非贸业务税务出证工作和其它税种的核算和申报，包括房产税、土地使用税、关税、印花税、车船使用费、河道管理费
？ To complete various reports monthly related to tax issues, including input and output conciliation/ tax analysis report and other reports as required by tax bureau.
？ 每月完成税务报告（包括：进项、销项税额核对表，税赋分析表以及税务局规定的各种管理报告）
？ To manage foreign currency, including foreign currency related to inbound/outbound business and foreign currency verification;
？ 外汇管理，包括进口、出口业务外汇申报及核销
？ To complete inventory analysis reports monthly, including inventory report monthly and various analysis reports related to price variance of key raw material/ inventory fluctuation/ written-off matters.
？ 每月完成库存分析报告（包括：库存月报表、关键原材料的采购价格变动以及库存变动情况、库存报废原因分析表等）。.
？ To communicate with key suppliers in a positive manner to learn some information about and supplier’s capital and supply position of our products; and compare and analyze the new supplier and the old ones.
？ 主动与主要供应商联系，了解其供货及资金动态；作好新增供应商与老供应商的比较、分析工作。
