职位描述:
Main Responsibility:
制板： 根据工作指导书，制作供生产比对用的色板，以确保生产质量达到预期要求
Panel making: According to the working instruction, spray production samples to ensure the production quality reach the requirement
参数分析： 通过制板，整理记录可靠的喷涂参数。保持稳定的喷涂质量以确保生产质量以及稳定性。
Parameter analyzing: Accumulate reliable product parameter through making sample panel. Keep spray stable, to improve production quality and keep production stable.
客户服务： 提供现场技服人员喷涂技术培训
On line service: Provide customer and technical service staff with the spray training
喷涂设备维护： 喷涂完毕后清理喷涂设备，防止喷涂设备对喷涂结果造成的不确定影响
Application equipment maintaining: After spray samples clean the equipment, sure the equipment won't effect the production quality.
Requirement：
大专或以上学历，化工专业毕业
college graduate or above with major in chemical
2年以上涂料技术工作经验，有直接喷涂经验者优先
coatings technical experience, direct spray experience is preferred
大学英语四级或以上
CET4 or above
良好的团队合作精神以及人际沟通能力
good team spirit and interpersonal skill
