Objectives of the position
· Supervise and control 3wet projects which are related to GM
· Manage lab documents and establish know-how data-base
· Provide technical solutions to deal with any problem of 3wet materials
· Support activities of other Basecoat issues
· Meet all company requirements of quality and EHS
Main Tasks
· Coordinate and ensure the activities which are related to GM can be finish according to the schedule
· Work with other team and responsible for the transfer and optimization of waterborne recipes
· Design and implement lab experiments to ensure the good performance of products
· Modify recipes to adapt the line conditions of different customers
· Support line trial and other activities which are requires form customer
· Meet company requirements of quality and EHS
Required for the Position
· Education: Bachelor or above in Chemistry
· Working Experience:2 years experience in Automotive Coatings or equivalent
· Technical & Professional knowledge: Automotive Coatings
