目的：
·           有计划的主导质量行动持续提高制造的质量能力
Purpose:
·           lead in quality activities, designated of continuous improvement in manufacturing quality capabilities.
主要职责：
Main Responsibilities
·           Lead solving manufacturing quality issue, can provide quality tools coaching as appropriate.
主导解决制造相关的质量问题，并提供合适的质量工具指导及时、正确，全面
·           Lead new product quality actives at product whole life cycle, ensure produce smoothly and satisfy with customer requirement.
主导新产品相关的质量行动，包括整个产品周期，确保产品达到顾客要求并使顾客满意。问题解决并预防
·           Lead team for monitor process quality trend and look for continual improvements
带领团队监控过程质量并持续改进。问题解决并预防
·           Lead internal Failure Analysis for quality issue and follow up the effectiveness of CAR
主导质量失效分析并跟踪纠正预防措施的有效性。及时，问题解决并预防
·           Lead handle customer complaint (8D) and warranty returns, drive corrective and preventive actions
主导客户投诉和返修产品的处理，推行纠正预防措施。及时，问题解决并预防
·           Lead role of ISO 9000 quality system audit, process audit and product audit
主导进行质量管理体系审核，过程审核和产品审核及时，正确
岗位要求:
Requirements
所受教育:
Education
·           Bachelor degree, major in machining, mechanical, engineering or related
·           机械工程或相关本科学历

工作经验：
Experience
·           Familiar with test, machining and assembly is perfered  熟习测试，机加工，和装配优先
·           Experience in leading improvement teams.有带领改善小组的经验
·           Familiar with SQC, SPC, FMEA, process flow charting, and other related Quality technologies
熟悉统计技术，潜在模式分析，过程流程图和其他相关的质量技术
·           Proficient on ISO9001 and other industry standards associated with Quality program requirements
衡量尺度
·           Measurement criteria
精通ISO 9001和其他和质量相关的工业标准

工作技能：
Working Skills
·           Ability to be active part of solution and the responsibility for all the suppliers quality issues
有能力对质量相关事宜提供相应的解决方案。
·           Can conduct training to direct labor and other cross function team on quality awareness and quality tools
能够针对质量问题或者改进对一线员工及其他跨功能项目组成员进行质量意识和质量工具的培训
特殊要求（语言/个性/计算机使用能力等）
·           Special Skills (Language and Personality and PC skill etc)
·           Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization
·           有优秀的写作和沟通技巧，并能够和公司的所有层面进行有效沟通
